Description
Dear Hiring Manager,
I have a huge heart for military families as my son is a 2LT currently deployed in Korea. Professionally, I have experience as an executive administrative assistant and operations manager. My responsibilities can be summarized as always ensuring that all facets of the organization operated seamlessly. These tasks included creating and organizing correspondence, analyzing and providing summary briefs, coordinating onboarding training for new hires, organizing team meetings and managing the CEO’s calendar, travel and emails. Additionally, I coordinated an annual three-day training meeting for 50 people, as well as monthly surgeon education seminars.
As a project manager specializing in business processes and operations, I have extensive experience in managing multiple projects. I am meticulous with my time-management, and can see a big picture and easily break it down into manageable tasks to complete or delegate. Additionally, I have experience in developing creative solutions to customer’s problems, and implementing the solutions to the customer’s satisfaction. I love to anticipate needs and create solutions to mitigate potential problems from arising.
As an editor and ghostwriter, I have impeccable proofreading and writing skills. Finally, I have been told that I am a very positive, encouraging person who makes others feel at ease and brings a smile to their faces.
I have been working remotely for years, and my ‘zen’ home office is based in Boise, Idaho. It is professionally equipped, and is silent (with the exception of classical music playing quietly in the background). I am available to travel as often as needed. I am finishing up a project next week, and would be available to begin this position by mid-November.
Thank you so much for your consideration, and I appreciate your time.
Kind regards,
Kathryn
