Implementation Consultant I – GHX, Omaha, NE. 2018-present

Leads direct & indirect healthcare (provider/supplier) ePay software implementation projects in accordance with the scope of work sold to the customer in excess of $100 million.
Develops, tracks, and reports against customer specific project plans via Salesforce & MS Office Suite, including weekly update calls & presentations during the implementation/testing phase.
Interact with bank channel partners relating to targeted providers and implementation activities.

Client Service Consultant I (Contractor) – WageWorks, Atlanta, GA. 2017-2018

Provides support to clients across all of ADP’s segments (NAS, MAS, and SBS), researching and solving complex questions on function and usage of ADP’s COBRA, Direct Bill, FSA, and Commuter Benefits services and related applications.
Serves as primary support liaison between company and client as well as manages a large array of service/product offerings in support of ADP’s One Stop Shop value proposition.
Performs role of account management, proactively managing relationships with primary client contacts. Conveys client feedback to internal functional leaders to improve the client experience.  Performs troubleshooting and intermediate analysis and research related to COBRA, Direct Bill, FSA, and Commuter Benefits administration. Supports the training and mentoring of SCC I on job requirements, product functionality, and service delivery techniques.

Onboarding Coordinator (Contractor) – Owners.com, Atlanta, GA. 2017-2017

Initiate Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) & W-9 Forms for potential real estate agents for execution via DocuSign & Smart Sheet software.
Revise ICA’s and provide corrections to legal documentation as required for agent completion. Create Owners.com email account for potential real estate agents as well as provide training information and ensure completion during the onboarding process.
Develop business processes to improve agent processing to include contract revision process as well as organizational development initiatives for team success, i.e. incentive plans for both internal/external employees.

IT Technical Recruiter – CDI Corporation, Atlanta, GA. 2015-2016

Sources, contacts, pre-qualify, and checks references for interested, qualified IT/ERP candidates, specifically SAP, ORACLE, Work Day & People Soft technologies, by following CDI recruiting policies and procedures.
Prospecting 50-75 candidates per day for job orders as well as proactively increasing candidate pool based on technology vertical. Handles job boards, postings, resume box and anything related to incoming responses.
Promotes and maintains a positive image of CDI Corporation while building candidate network through relationship building skills.

Admissions Representative/Recruiter – Westwood College, Atlanta, GA. 2015-2015

Heavy outbound phone contact (at a minimum of 120-125 calls daily), via Velocify & Campus Vue, with company and self-generated inquiries, setting and conducting on-campus interviews (a minimum of 15 per week, achieving 2 enrollments) with prospective students.
Quoting prices, terms, conditions as set forth by the College & completing administrative work and following up with potential students through the enrollment completion process up to and including active attendance in school.
