Served as a senior team member on the National Accounts HCM Technical Services Team.  Provided Tier III technical support for ADP’s National Accounts Division which services all of ADP’s Enterprise EHRMS clients with over 1,000 employees. This support included direct client user interaction as well as internal ADP associate support. Tier III support issues are comprised of high priority and client critical cases. Examples of support issues include payroll critical items, application(s) are down, and significant issues found during implementing or upgrades. Duties included troubleshooting server, network, database, application, desktop, and browser issues. Additional duties included mentoring associates, producing online training, providing process improvement, change management, and conducting customer site visits.

Administered core HRMS systems, identified and implemented new technologies for the organization including: Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, applicant tracking, performance reviews, merit increases, annual bonuses, a Learning Management System (LMS), and annual benefits open enrollment. Responsibilities included project management, RFP process, vendor selection, training, implementation, administration, reporting, and analysis. Developed procedures and policies to accommodate these new systems and worked directly with IT to identify kiosk hardware, overcome bandwidth issues in remote locations, and establish helpdesk procedures for end-user support. Assisted HR in performing a complete comp study including job descriptions, job pricing, geographical differentials, reorganizing pay grades, and communicating all changes to senior management.

Managed the HRIS department and transitioned the company’s HRMS from Ceridian to ADP’s Enterprise Suite. Developed and maintained a custom LMS known as “NovaStar University.” Designed and created online courseware, reports, customized test engine logic, and internal certifications.

DLDC is made of three development teams which produce SCORM compliant, Internet delivered courseware as required by contract with the US ARMY. These duties included: using and verifying SCORM standards, Aspen API commands, JavaScript, Flash, and HTML programming. Additional job requirements included project management, multimedia development, training, and government contract negotiations.
