I am building on 26 years of professional IT experience. The last five years have been server administration experience. Over eighteen years as a Systems Engineer with an emphasis in software automation and systems architecture. Packaging software applications for thirteen years utilizing mainly Wise Package Studio. Over eighteen years of experience as a SMS/SCCM Administrator and Windows NT/2000/XP/7 expert. Seven years administering Citrix and building/maintaining local and virtualized software packages. I have strong systems engineering experience working closely with multiple IT departments and various levels of management throughout.

Administrator for multiple Citrix farms spanning the globe and focused on app delivery and server load balancing
Utilized VMWare Thinapp to build virtualized applications in a Citrix environment for Sprint’s global users. This included migrating 16-bit apps to a 32-bit environment for the Citrix 6.5 farm.

As the only SMS/SCCM Administrator for approximately 3500 clients – ran inventory reports, packaged and deployed all software and upgrades, managed and maintained client and server health.
Corrected settings on pre-existing SMS 2003 server to capture the remaining third of missing computers.
Completed a side-by-side upgrade of SMS 2003 to Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007 R2.
