IT Program/Operations Manager
Managed a program of IT projects (multiple concurrently) while driving growth and delivering stability to the department. Changed their purchasing vendors and overhauled their broadband system with a different company, which increased their broadband speed/network capabilities 10-fold along with saving them over $17,000/yr in operating costs.
