RECRUITER NOTES:

This is from the hiring manager regarding the previous candidates he has interviewed thus far… “As the job descriptions details, I need a very seasoned VMWare engineer who has designed and built VMWare environments.  As a part of that, VMWare Horizon View (virtual desktops) is a large requirement as well.  We have projects that have to be completed and at this time we have not found anyone that can come in day one and take on these projects.  Everyone we have interviewed was going to need to be trained on a variety of our tools that we use and VMWare.  Many of the candidates are working in a very small environment and have never had to deal with a large environment such as ours.”
