“PROGRAM MANAGER – COMPARATIVE DATA”
POSITION SUMMARY
Manage daily operations to deliver exceptional end-user engagement, satisfaction, and results from comparative data programs:
- The central point of contact for hospital user engagement and communication
- Manage program content that delivers exceptional user experience
- Deliver training that increases user competence and use
- Develop informative and clear messaging through PowerPoint, Excel or Learning Management Tools
- Develop a relationship with client’s users to learn and promote program uses
- Provide requirements to implement program or reporting changes
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
“MANAGE DAILY PROGRAM OPERATIONS” (60%)
Provide day to day operations for comparative data programs ensuring end-user needs are met. Work collaboratively with the team to identify priorities and operational needs. Proactively evaluate and anticipate program needs and initiate action.
Program Operations
- Assists clients in navigating data programs, maximizing value using standard reports, understanding data content, and creating user-oriented case studies
- Manage internal and external onboarding process for new client users
- Develop a relationship with end-users to learn and promote program uses
- Manage newsletters and release notes with hospitals
- Maintain an engaging training schedule and monthly DBA calls
- Complete audits to support overall data quality plans
- Develop and/or provide case studies using data programs
Hospital User Experience
- Develop FAQs or resources to promote understanding and use of programs
- Oversee and enhance program content to provide an exceptional user experience
- Assess existing report content functionality for accuracy and improvements
“MANAGE TRAINING AND CONSULTATION SUPPORT” (30%)
Responsible for delivering and maintaining a training program to increase user competence and use. Maintains and develops web-based training and schedule. Develops online courses and coordinates with learning management administrators to implement changes. Provides support for case studies and client visits.
Manage Training Program
- Proactively engages with new users to ensure smooth access and training experience
- Provide a robust schedule of virtual training opportunities, periodic classroom training and assist in hospital on-site training
- Maintain and enhance the user training program
Proficient in Producing Effective Presentations to Support Consultative Deliverables
- Gather necessary information to form deliverables
- Provide timely PowerPoint presentation and spreadsheets with informative visualizations
- Develop repeatable processes to support on-going analyses
“PROJECT MANAGEMENT” (10%)
Manage operational responsibilities to meet timelines and proactively communicate with member clients.
- Assist in prioritizing activities and deliverables
- Independently lead collaborative meetings
- Manage project deliverables according to the project plan
- Demonstrate strategic thinking by diagnosing project problems and identifying solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
“EDUCATION”
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology or related field is required
“EXPERIENCE”
- 5 years’ experience facilitating technical training sessions and/or providing technical support to end-users
- Experience working with large relational databases (preferred)
- Healthcare data experience (preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to details
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced knowledge of Excel functions, preferred
