MEET THE FOUNDERS
Rob Koziol is an Integra KV co-founder with over 20+ years of Staffing Industry experience. Originally from Chicago, Rob relocated his family to Kansas City in 1996 to start his recruiting career with a global staffing organization. During his tenure, Rob has filled several “Staffing Industry Specific” roles including Recruiter, Business Development Manager, Recruiter Training, Sales Training, Compliance/on-boarding Training and Customer Relationship Management. From a customer solutions perspective, Rob has a variety of experience(s); whether it be the successful placement of one local resource; or planning and delivering a complex staffing solution for 100 consultants working on national project, his principal goal for Integra KV is to provide the best candidate recruiting and onboarding experience in the industry. While some competitor’s say they focus on “people”, Rob believes that honest three-way communication and personalized service is essential in making a successful placement and helps foster long-term relationships. He has found that relationship building is a low priority to an alarming majority of other recruiting firms and without this critical piece, successful solutions cannot be delivered. Rob upholds a strong, client-centric work ethic and expects the same out of every Integra KV team member providing solutions to clients and candidates.
Originally from a small town outside of St. Louis, Allison Voss wears many hats for IKV. Her day includes recruiting, business development, solving technical problems and is the acting CFO. Her background is quite diverse as she’s accomplished many things during her professional career, including Sales Training, Relationship Management, Business Development, Fundraising, as well as owning and managing her own successful business prior to beginning her recruiting career. She co-founded Integra KV on the principle of integrity and genuinely treating people the right way.
