TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Integra KV is a provider of Information Technology personnel.  We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies of all sizes in the Kansas City and St. Louis markets.                                                                                                                          

We are actively seeking to fill the role of Technical Recruiter, which involves sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions, including; Software Engineers, System Administrators, Helpdesk and Deskside Support, Computer Programmers, QA/Testers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Security and Database Administrators.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates by using various networking tools
  • Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through screening processes
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, including wages and benefits, with candidates
  • Assist with pre-employment steps to include appropriate reference and background checks
  • Communicate details of new assignments and manage contract employees while on assignment
  • Partner with business development and support staff to identify target accounts
  • Maintain relationships with business contacts to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals
  • Prospect and network with prospective consultants regarding employment opportunities within specific markets

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:                   

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows based products including Word, Excel, and the Internet.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
